Non si puo' usare meglio che parlando con Dio ed ascoltandolo. In preghiera mentale, dunque. Ma se la preghiera mentale sembra non funzionare, quella vocale, senza distrazioni, e' pure magnifica.
You cannot use it better than talking to God and listening to Him. Filling it with mental prayer, then. And when mental prayer seems not to work, vocal prayer, without distractions, is also magnificent.
No se puede usar mejor que hablando con Dios y ascoltandole. Haciendo oracion mental, pues. Pero si parece que no se saque provecho de la oracion mental, la oracion vocal, sin distracciones, es tambien magnifica.
